Hello,

         Our names are Jeffrey & Debra Melmer; our company is Quality First Lawn, Shrub, Home Services and Precision Water Works Irrigation. In 1994 after 7 years of working for some of the big spray companies in Orlando, we felt the customers deserved better. We thought the big companies lost the personal contact with their customers, and lacked well educated technicians with experience.

At Quality First, our mission is to provide the highest levels of quality in customer care and service. We are a family operated business interested in building customer relationships through dependable service with a caring attitude and a desire for you to be able to enjoy your property. 

Our staff has over 300 plus years of combined experience in lawn, shrub, irrigation & pest control in Central Florida. We know how and when to apply our programs to best enhance your property throughout the year, even during some of our most difficult seasons. The heat and humidity of summer, the relentless rain at times, during the periods of little or no rainfall, and even during the cooler season our programs are designed to keep your property looking its best. 

Our overall knowledge is our best asset. We can and will meet with you to discuss your properties conditions and needs, correct these issues and then maintain it at that level for years to come. Consistency, quality and good old fashion customer service is our specialty. We feel strongly that communication is critical to providing our level of customer service. We do not shy away from challenges, as these issues allow us to show you that we truly care about your property and ultimately that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of our services.
